She gave me samples to try (I have been to hundreds of Sephoras and no one has done this). Helped me pick out a new setting spray too. She was the best. Glad we stopped there while out of state.

I get it, it's the holidays and people steal but, after he selected the items he was going to PAY FOR, he stood in line and was ignored for 10 mins. While standing in line, a well to do couple walks up towards the checkout and the person working immediately says, are you ready to checkout? I can help you right here. Literally while my husband is standing in line to checkout. My husband then said no, Im next. At which time the customer s and worker just looked at him So, my husband kindly put his items on the counter and walked out. Y'all missed out on sales today and we will take our business to Ulta instead. Side note, my husband is a black man with curly hair & a beard. Way to go Sephora 🤬
