  This location advertised a haircut for $4.99 for a new location opening. My mother went there expecting a $4.99 haircut and got charged $7.99. They didn't give her a reason for the increase. She's not one for confrontation, but she says she won't be going there again. I think that is just wrong to offer one price and charge another. We usually go to another location regularly, but thought we would take advantage of such a great offer at another location. Both locations are the same distance from our house. I have told her we should start going somewhere else. I don't see the point of going somewhere that treats their customers so poorly. If you advertise a price, you need to honor it.

  Came in with all my kids, one was very undecided and yet they were very patient with him and he left with a hair cut hes happy with. My husband doesnt trust many with his beard, but was impressed with his trim. Thank you

  The silver fox of an umpire guy who did my hair was absolutely amazing, didn't mind taking extra length off despite requesting several times. 10/10 would recommend.

  Don’t recommend for anyone. I thought I’d take advantage of the $4.99 haircut for my brother and he definitely went home embarrassed and cried. A lady took him not knowing how to cut boys hair and the male barber next to her finished up his client and came mid haircut for my brother to try to fix what the lady did. My brothers hair way very long and shaggy so I don’t know how she messed it up so bad. We had a photo for inspo of what he wanted and we showed her before she started cutting his hair and she kept asking to see it and definitely realized she messed up but kept hacking away. I honestly would have done a better job knowing nothing about cutting hair. It’s embarrassing how bad it turned out. He’s embarrassed to go to school and wears hats and hoods to cover it until it grows out a little more. Lady needs to be fired honestly idk how she got hired. I put a photo on this review of what he asked for vs what he got. Shes in the back of the photo I took. Don’t let her take you if you go. Ask for the man.

  I was like wow great promo and hopefully they are good here. Denise cut my hair and she was awful! I said short and usually that leaves your hair prickly and not doen. She didnt fade my sides at all. Didnt blow ny hair at the end to rid of any excess hair. I felt like she didnt know what she was doing and the 3 other girls on the right seemed like they knew what they were doing! This is the worst haircut I have ever received- I even said I'll make it work because she wasn't understanding what my simple haircut was- she had the notes and still messed it up. I feel gross now. Again, try any other person than Denise.
