  the place was very tiny and too full for the size wait got up to close to 2 hours the lady hairstylist that you see all the bad reviews for cut my hair and did a terrible job, she couldnt understand me when I was explaining how i just wanted to trim my side burns and around the ear and take off no length which she took of a lot of lenght even though i told her multipule times i didnt want to take any length of because i had multipule months of growth and was growing it ou. She had started cutting my hair and I was trying to tell her to stop taking length off and then she called my father to help explain what I wanted and then he explained how to fix it and then she remarked that she still didnt understand. She did an awful job it was choppy all around, different lengths. She was very rude the entire time and soo difficult to work with, while she was cutting my hair i said i think thats good and was about to get up and then she made a snide remark almost under her breath but loud enough for me to hear saying that it was not a finnished haircut. to top it all off she did not blow off the hair from my body and some of it got on and in my shirt and made my skin itchy forcing me to shower afterwards. Overall awfull experience terrible haircut lady does not know how to cut hair and how to take the instructions and use them for the haircut. I believe she should be properly trained and be more understanding compassionate less rude or fired, because she lacks the aspects of a proper hairdresser and if she cant do that she is not fit for the job.

  Sierra was amazing! She fit us in at last minute when I totally would have understood if she turned us away. I hate to be the person that walks in shortly before close anywhere, unless I'm going to be out by closing time. She was so sweet and did such a great job on my teenage son's hair! She even showed him how to use the styling cream we were getting for him and was just super sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. He loved it and left feeling super confident! Thank you so much Sierra!

  Sierra got my husband in immediately and truly listened to us. She didn’t get upset when I stepped in to ask for specific things to be done, which we really appreciated. Unlike many salons where they insist they know best, Sierra was confident in her skills and open to what we wanted. She knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure we were comfortable with every step.

  Went to this place as a walk-in cause our normal place said they were booked for the day, Sierra took care me and answered all my questions. She gave me a really nice haircut and beard trim at a cheaper price than our usual place! She was the only on working at that moment but i am sure the others are great too! I will say though WHEN i go back, I'm scheduling with her! I dont know what the bad reviews are about and why people are complaining about a few extra dollar difference when they come in AFTER a promotion has ended. Keep in mind that these people do this for a living and, so no they cant give you a haircut pro-bono and they cant just give you a discount just because you dont want to spend 3 extra dollars. Check the date of the promotion you are interested before going in if you are concerned about its current validity. Plus i seen they have a Great Clips reloadable card where you can get your haircuts for 14.99! So if you are really frugal maybe ask if they are still running that promotion. TLDR: Sierra is amazing, Will return, they have gained our business and took us away from another business.

  The hair stylist here are super friendly and great at cutting hair. Especially Sierra, who cut my daughter's hair. I observed how she cut a little 3 to 4yr old boy's hair before my daughter got her turn. It was nothing short of impressive how engaged she was keeping the boy entertained and how still he sat for her. Honestly don't think some daycare sitters could have pulled of the same thing. Needless to say but their customer service is great.
