  I have been here several times for their head spa. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I stopped going after having probably the worst hair coloring I had ever had. When I arrived we went over the colors I was looking for, something natural. I'm a redhead and not looking for a "Lucy" red. We picked out some natural dark blondes with some reddish tones. I became nervous when the lady, the owner I believe, kept adding different colors. She framed my face in a very dark mix, which I commented on. She said to trust her, sadly, I did. After rinsing my hair I notice the color she had put around my face was near black. No where near a natural color, or any color we picked. It was HORRIBLE! She said it would lighten with washing - it didn't for months. She did offer to have me come it so she could add highlights. I thought about it, but decided against it as she really screwed up my hair. This happened six months or so ago. I decided to leave a review now, because my hair has yet to recover.

  I drove from Lebanon to Springfield for a facial, head spa, and eyebrow wax, and I could not be more happier. I left and already booked my next appointment. Destini did so good at making me feel relaxed and the service was absolutely top-notch. This is such a cool little spot and I’m so glad I found it.

  Had a great experience! We did a 1 hour head spa with a 1 hour facial + blow dry. The staff was very nice and professional, and everything was clean and well kept. All services were very relaxing and my skin has been glowing since the treatment! My favorite part was the scalp massage. I thought everything was worth the price. Looking forward to going back!

  I was looking forward to this a lot but was a bit disappointed. Highlights: Everyone was very kind and professional. The shoulder and hand massage was the best part, it felt great. I do wish the head massage was a lot stronger, it was super light(I should’ve said something that’s my fault) They don’t tell you that you need to book a blow dry for after, nor do they do anything with your wet hai. I wish I could’ve brushed it or something but I didn’t know that was the end of the appointment. My hair was patted dry but still soaking wet and standing straight up essentially when I came out of the room lol. While waiting for my person I saw a plastic pink brush/scalp massager with some hair on it that grossed me out. A crumpled up towel fell off the bed when I was getting in at the beginning(not a big deal) then at the end was by my stuff so I thought it was for me but it was wet, so I didn’t use it because I wasn’t sure if it was clean. I used a damp face wipe for my make up but my face wasn't washed(by myself or the person) so the face mask left my skin sticky and gross. Had to shower as soon as I got home, lots of sticky product behind my ears, and to wash the stuff off my face. I feel it’s over priced for the service you get, considering you walk out with wet hair. I personally won’t be going back but I think you should try it yourself and make your own choice. They have great reviews otherwise and lots of different services and I only booked the one. I was disappointed but still tipped 20$, because I’m not a monster.

  This was my first time ever having a head massage and I loved it. It was very relaxing. The environment and staff were amazing. I also had my haircut before the head spa and I love the cut and style. I went in and requested she do whatever cut she would like and I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend the services there.
