I told her that I wanted to keep the length it was and just have a trim to make it look like it wasn’t cut at home. She asked if I wanted layers I said I guess. Then cut off 4+ inches from the front. What part of just a trim to make it look like it wasn’t cut at home wasn’t clear. I came in with it straight and asked if I wore it curly often. No I like to pull it back for work. I can’t pull my hair back in a pony tail now. I could barely contain my tears after seeing what she did to my hair. I will never be coming back.

There was hair on my seat and all over the floor, and still on the combs sitting on the counter in front of me. It was quite gross, the hair was all over my shoes when I left even though I tried to avoid stepping on it. It was not just hair from the previous customer, but multiple because there was multiple colors of hair on the seat and floor. I assume that it is required to clean up and sanitize between customers, but this was not being done.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
