- RKRachael KleinJul 3, 20251.0I got 2 different haircuts from the same stylists, Each time she completely ruined it. She didn't even section my hair or anything. It really upset me as I was hoping for a good haircut that would actually look nice but it was horrible. I would not suggest going.
- LLLeahAug 14, 20231.0Very upset with my haircut. I paid for the Xpress cut which states that you recieve a shampoo and condition with the haircut. I only got a dry cut with a little bit of water sprayed on my hair. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was asked if it was okay for someone else to do my hair. I was fine with this but the girl who offered gave me the silent treatment the entire time and I tried to make small talk so it wasn't just awkward silence. Then to top it off my haircut was uneven and she cut a shelf into one side while trying to do face framing. I left and will be scheduling a fix at a different salon. I don't understand why she offered to cut my hair when I had an appointment booked with someone else if she was going to rush through the cut and do a very poor job.
