No a word even while passing by, standing next to them, or walking up to them. The girl at the register was nice, but this definitely not the location I'd choose to go back to.
- VPVivek PrasannaDec 13, 20255.0I had visited this particular Sephora store back in October 30/31 and I had gotten the right shade match with the help of Ms.Nikki who accurately figured out through a video call back home to do the shade match and I was thoroughly surprised at the skill they had. On another note I had misplaced my cap back at the store and only realised it when I got back to the parking lot. I was quite anxious and frazzled at the thought of losing my beloved cap of almost 10 years and so I traced back to Sephora and lo and behold the wonderful Lady Pink had stored it just in case I came back. Verbatim “Thank you so much for holding on to my cap! It meant a lot to me” said I “ I know! I myself have had the same hat for 35 years and I realise how deeply attached a person can be to their cap” -Lady Pink That really made my day and I left with the Basma beauty foundation stick AND my Cap! Thank you Ms.Nikki and Lady Pink!
