- DDDestinySep 15, 20251.0I went in with 30 minutes to spare before a job interview and asked if I could sample products to cover a tattoo of mines so I could be sure that the products would work and the person working there told me I couldn’t do that but they have sample products all over the store. I’ve went in the past and was given products in a to go container and also had my tattoo covered multiple times, so I’m not understanding why they can’t do that when they’ve done it at every Sephora I’ve ever been to. This is extremely inconvenient!! Ulta would never have done this.

Me and my mom waIked around the store searching for a product and the sales people just ignored us. I flagged down Liz and asked her a question regarding a product. Liz answered us briefly appearing to be bothered then walked away abruptly. Completely dismissing me and my mother. She did not ask if we needed assistance with anything else or if we had additional information about the product. I was interested in getting my mom's eyelashes done but Liz did not stick around to find out. Liz went back to the sales counter and stood there. She was not busy but just didn't feel the need to assist us. I dont like feeling dismissed by a salesperson when I'm in the store to spend my money! Liz is not giving away any products for free so why is she so bothered? I think diversity training is needed. I am from Los Angeles and was here to visit. I definitely won't shop in this store again!
