She cut the front layers so short I can't even put my hair behind my ears without it falling out. No way can it go in a pony tail. Maybe in 2 or 3 months!! I went to another great clips and the lady could not believe how bad it was. She said the back layers were awful and not layered at all and not long layers but short. She said it was so bad. Had to go a little shorter to angle it so it was not just straight across at my ears. Just awful. And I cut it right before my vacation. Never will I go to this location again.
