We were on Brentwood & I decided to take her to a different location for convenience yesterday. Mom has Parkinson's Disease. I brought in a coupon on my phone & it was to be 20.00 for haircut & blow dry with coupon per stylist; she was kind. At the time she was only stylist there and working on a clients hair. Then walked into 2 stylist after I spoke with nice lady. The one did a fair job on Moms hair. Charged 35.00 without tip. I complained, showed Great clips coupon. Manager would not honor price and coupon. We paid 40.00 with tip. Mom has short hair. She looked horrible, they finger dried her hair. She's 93 for goodness sakes!!! She has curly hair and likes it straight. The manager was rude too, made me bark. She would not honor coupon and work with us. Mom was uncomfortable with stylist who with young and maybe new stylist. She wasn't the problem. She was cute and kind. It was her Manager Nicci who was awful 😣

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
