I wanted a wash,cut and style!! I got a dry botched cut that I had to pay for. I even bought shampoo and conditioner on your BOGO! Not to mention I had to go to another salon to fix the botched cut I got but they could only do so much to fix it!! You had asked on my other review how you could make it right?? Then you took down my review. I think I should be reimbursed what I was charged on my JC Penny's card for the botched cut I got!! I don't mind paying for the products I got!! But I was charged for what Oi did not get!!! You can feel free to take this review off as well if you need to!! I will just go through corporate to Seattle This Matter!!!!

Heather gave my mom and I her suggestions on what color to use (as we are both very indecisive) and we both love what we got. The service, the conversations, and the final product were all a 10/10. Definitely coming back (even though I live an hour away!) 😊💖
