My second visit, the woman asked me if I was getting the same thing as last time and I said yes. The moment she used the clippers on my bangs, I had stopped her and asked what she was doing. My bangs were supposed to be thinned out with scissors; not completely taken off. When Shannon did my hair the first time, how could she forget how my hair was done and put it into the computer wrong?! A little incompetent perhaps. I am very unhappy! I will likely go someplace else from now on.
