- SSstephanie sullins6 days ago2.0My stylist was amazing! Very gifted in her craft. However $230 before a tip is ridiculous for just highlights, not even a trim. The salon charged me $100.00 exact for whatever product they used to highlight my hair. Note... my hair is medium length fine hair.

- JHJennifer Hicks-WilmethFeb 8, 20261.0I said to take no more than 2-3 inches off and she took over 6 inches. I can’t see without my glasses so I had to take them off to get it cut. I had my hair already washed because I use specific curl shampoo and she didn’t even blow dry my hair and expected $42. I can’t even describe how broken hearted I am. My hair was below my bra in the back and now it is barely past my shoulders. I thought JC Penney had better stylists, but it’s just another place that doesn’t listen about how I wanted my hair cut. Just in a hurry to get to the next person. I said no more that 3 inches at most. I will not shop there or buy there anymore. I worked hard growing it out for a year and just wanted it trimmed. With the curl I have it barely touches my shoulders. Now I can’t even pull it up if I wanted too.
