They got my hair sort of how I wanted it once, and when I ask them to change the notes they claim to keep they completely ignore it because they go back to the same "preferences" I ask for. Last time was the final straw, and they messed up my hair so bad I had to go to ANOTHER stylist to fix what they botched.

First of all, Casandra met us at the counter and immediately made us feel welcome and my grandson at ease (age 4). She looked at the picture and said "we can do that"! She proceeded to cut his hair quickly, efficiently and with style. I can't say enough good things about this Great Clips I will take any and all of my grand kids here and request Casandra, although, I'm sure any stylist would and could do a very good job!

So I called the shop and the lady that answered said they were not busy and took my name and I told her I’ll be there very soon. When I arrived there were 3 people waiting and was informed that the wait time would be over an hour. I was then informed that they to not accept appointment over the telephone. Needless to say that established my resolve to never step foot in another GREAT CLIPS again. But my story does not stop there. I really needed a haircut so on my way home I happened by a shop SPORTS CLIPS. So I stopped by and wow what a good decision that turned out to be. Not only did I get a great cut which included a hair wash in a vibration chair with a hot towel followed by a neck and shoulder massage. All this with a cost less than GREAT CLIPS. One more thing, I was given a $5 coupon for my next visit. They are located in the next strip mall just north near Arby’s.
- ASAnna StearmanSep 3, 20251.0Came here at about 4:15 because I have some dead ends that I thought should get cut off a Elderly lady was doing my hair she started with a Shampoo it was all fine she did leave a little of shampoo on the top of my hair But when it was time to cut she didn't even brush my hair at all?!? She cut my hair but this whole time she didn't say a word to me she was like a ghost spacing off every single second Left the place with half wet hair, tangled hair, and she didn't even put my middle part back when I asked I do t know if she didn't hear me or what my hair is horrible ha dto go home and fix it all myself Never coming back to this Place again...
