I showed her the photo of what I wanted and in literally less than 3 mins she was done cutting my hair. I asked is she could style it to help it set correctly she acted like that was a big no no and use a blow dryer saying that’s all she had time for while burning my head with a blow dryer?!?!? I had to pay 20 dollars for something I could have messed up on my own. I sat in miss Kimbers chair and I will not be revisiting any great clips location. Hair means ALOT to people and you’re allowing your workers to be there with little to no experience. Zero star and poor service… if you see nothing wrong with my hair please keep throwing your money at these ppl.

He ended up jerking away and got a small knick which happens but me and the fella cutting my son's hair were making the best out of a bad situation when the lady tht was in the booth next to him asked if she could try cuz she said the haircut was unfinished I knew my son wasn't gonna sit for her just like he didn't sit for the man so I declined his hair still looks really good for wat we went thru but she then went on to tell us everything we are doin wrong from me holding him to the barber accidently knickin him after words my son pointed to the suckers and she told him he couldn't have 1 because he didn't finish his hair cut mind he is only 3 and it only his second hair cut I'm only giving 2 stars because the guy cutting my son's hair did a good job with what he put up with other wise it would be 0
