The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in listening carefully to the haircut instructions. Their attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, especially toward kids. Very disappointed with the overall experience — I would not recommend this location.
- RLRobert LewisOct 29, 20251.0I took my son to this location, and we have used this location on a few occasions. The lady who identified as the assistant manager cut my son’s hair. He is 13 and has Autism. I noticed that he was bleeding from a cut to the side of his face. Only when I said something did the stylist stop and get him something for the cut. She told me his head was down and she couldn’t see what she was doing. She knew she had nicked him, and didn’t notify me or apologize. She continued the cut and after returning home and getting him cleaned up he complained of a burning on his neck. There I saw a few clipper burns. I called the District manager, to voice my concerns but have never heard from anyone. We will never return to any Great Clips. Our experiences at a few have left me just disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
