  Probably the worse location for Sephora. Customer service is poor, the staff are young, in-trained and very immature. I will never go back to Sephora!

  I came in looking for help covering facial discoloration and finding some hair products. The woman I believe was the manager was dismissive and declined to shade match me, when I asked for her name she declined to give it to me saying she was busy and was only doing interviews and would get someone else. She remained at the counter talking or looking stone face the whole 45 minutes I was in there while another associate stepped in. (It was like I was a hassle to her). All the girls were busy but the old woman. Abbey was wonderful. She shade matched me and recommended hair products for my curly hair. She apologized for her manager being rude and offer samples to help me pick out a shade. Her customer service made the experience much better, but the contrast in service was noticeable.

  Jasmine was incredibly unhelpful. I asked for a shade match and she said someone would come help and as i walked around to look at products i saw her just standing behind the register. It just seemed like she didnt care to help me. There was another girl that was helpful, Wisdom i think. She helped me match to fenty and did a great job! She had great customer service and was really knowledgeable. If anyone goes to this location ask for her!!
