  I can’t say enough great things about the Orchid staff. Kristie is so patient with me figuring out my schedule for the next appointments. I have been getting monthly facials with Amber for 2.5 years and she’s the best. Some months we chat about our lives or she lets me doze off while relaxing. I look forward to my time in her chair. 💗

  I scheduled an appointment online for a teen facial. Pricing was not available online at the time of scheduling. I called and was told the teen facial was $95. On the day of the appointment, we arrived and were taken to a room in the back. At that time, we were provided information about a different type of facial that supposedly had more benefits (an Oxygen Facial), and we decided to move forward with it. When it came time to pay, the total was $145, and they asked how much I wanted to leave in gratuity. The issue I have with this situation is that they knew the appointment was originally scheduled for a teen facial priced at $95, yet it was never explained that the Oxygen Facial was a different price. I did not think to ask whether there was a price difference because it was never mentioned, and I assumed the price would be similar. I feel that the change in service and the increased cost should have been clearly communicated before the facial was performed.

  Amber is has amazing knowledge and takes pride in what she does! It was an amazing hydrafacial and my skin never looked better post facial!
