    I was honestly nervous about going in, but I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. They answered my questions clearly and gave thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. I left feeling confident and really appreciated how supportive everyone was. I’ll definitely be back.

    Girl with colored hair was rude for no reason. She went to the back to get a certain cologne for me. (For context, there were two colognes that looked nearly identical, and I wanted the one in the lighter colored bottle.) When she came out, the packaging didn’t look right to me. It was darker, and it didn’t have anything other than the brand name on it to indicate what was inside. But of course I trusted her because she works there and knows what’s she’s doing. However, when I went to check out, the price rang up different as to what was posted on the display. Naturally, I wanted to double check that I was buying the right thing (because again there were two bottles that looked nearly identical, and the packaging only had the brand name on it.) That seems pretty reasonable to me, as the price was wrong and the packaging seemed wrong. All I asked was to double check and make sure I was buying the right thing, no big deal right? Oh no… For some reason she took it as a personal attack. She very obnoxiously made it a point to tell me multiple times that she grabbed the right thing. I never once said she grabbed the wrong thing, I just said I wanted to double check since the wrong price came up. She was incredibly passive aggressive and condescending about the whole deal, as if to say “How dare you question me??” I’m not normally one to leave reviews but this interaction genuinely left such a bad taste in my mouth.
