Went to location and the employee took me out of the system as I walked in, she re checked me in and I asked “How long?” Just a few minutes… Waited patiently for 10 minutes and then another cx walks in and gets taken before me. Not honoring her mistake and making me wait again. She lied to me. It’s very frustrating given I was respectful and patient and took the necessary steps to ensure I could still get my haircut on time and not lose my spot in line. This has been an on going theme at this great clips specifically. Do not get your haircut at this Great clips.

And the end result is a grandma hair cut on a 38 yo girl :( Worst part is the other people were taken back before me but I was long gone before any of them were done. Def not returning.
