    Nice stylists, but when I got home and looked at my receipt the next morning, I realized my 9 year old was charged for an adult haircut. Upon noticing, I immediately called to make them aware of the error, but was told the manager was out and that they'd leave a note with my number for her to call me back. Two full days later, I had not received a call back, so I called them again. I spoke with the manager (who was finally there) and she said she'd seen the message but had been working at other locations (evidently, she couldn't find the time in over 48 hours to get back with me?). I asked how they intended to handle getting the money back that I was overcharged, but the manager said that she talked with her General Manager and the Owner, but that there was no way to refund any portion of the haircut. I was a little shocked, honestly- and even asked if I was understanding what she was saying correctly with her knowing that I had been overcharged, it had now been brought to their attention, but as far as they/she was concerned, there was absolutely no way she could make the situation right?! She admitted this sort of thing had happened before, but there was nothing she could really do-- she just kept saying she talked with her owner and general manager, and they had said there was nothing they were going to do, so it was out of her hands). Initially, I even asked if they could just put a $2 credit on my account for the difference I was overcharged. Nope. Nothing could be done. It wasn't until I asked for the Owner and General Manager's numbers that *suddenly* they were able to refund the $2-- like by some magic, refunds had suddenly been discovered while I was on the phone! Of course, I had to come in and they had to refund the money on my credit card and I had to re-purchase the haircut at the correct price, but at least I got my money back! Anyway, a lot of headache for something that could have been handled easily by the manager from the start! Amongst this complicated process, I also found out that the price at this specific Great Clips is more expensive (for both adults and kids cuts) than the Great Clips location, less than 5 miles down the road (in Wentzville). Of note, they also conviently don't have a menu posting any of their prices for services- Which I was told was because they're remodeling. ...huh, really?? So between them not calling me back to retify being overcharged, not coming up with any solutions on how to get my money back to me (and seemingly being ok with keeping the extra money until I threatened calling the owner, general manager, or talking to my credit card company), it all seems a bit shady... I'm afraid it won't be coming back.

    I checked in online and arrived 5 min before my scheduled time. However, I still had to wait 40 minutes. It would be great if you could teach them how to trim hair before they start the job. The hair cut was so bad.

    I had a poor experience ,the young girl that cuts my hair didn't take near enough off. I went back as soon as I could after the holidays. Same girl cut way way to much off the top front and nothing off the sides. And she charged me again! Spent 50 bucks and I look ridiculous. Im honestly afraid to go back. She will not be cutting y hair again. VERY DISAPPOINTED
