  I really like the set up at this salon. However, I booked with a new stylist since my previous girl left. I was very displeased with Kayla’s hair service. I requested a trim and to maintain my layers….yet I lost 3-4 inches of hair and got a blunt end cut. She was very harsh with my hair when washing. I don’t even want to return to fix my layers in fear i’m going to lose more length.

  Minka is simply a true professional! She provides excellent service along with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere! I always look forward to being pampered.

  Brittany does a fabulous job. My skin feels & looks so much better after a facial. The Aveda products she uses are top notch. I also enjoy the shoulder/neck/arm massage that is included with the facial. Highly recommend.

  I made the appointment on Friday online to get a Lash Lift on Sunday morning. I got no confirmation about where or when my appointment was after I submitted my online form and paid $75. On the day of the appointment, I showed up early to the Town and Country location because I was under the impression that is where I had scheduled. When I show up, the lady at the desk tells me I scheduled at the kirkwood location. She called the Kirkwood location to let them know I was going to be a little late. I drive 25 minutes out to the Kirkwood location and am told by the front desk that they “no longer have time” for my scheduled appointment and that they can fit me in for a lash tint (a service that I didn’t request). It is wild to me that I agreed to getting text notifications about my appointment and I got 0, zilch, zip, nada regarding it. The most confusing part is that the lady at the Town and Country location never told me that the lash lift appointment time would have passed in the amount of time it took me to get to Kirkwood, nor did she tell me that another appointment was scheduled directly after my allotted time. I spent at least an hour of my morning driving to and from salons. Still checking my bank account to make sure I have been refunded the credited $75 on my card.
