  Jess B. does an absolutely wonderful job! She makes sure the service is as perfect as it can be every single time. She gives you exactly what you ask for. Jess is very easy to talk to and makes the service an easy and welcoming experience. Highly recommend booking with her for any service she provides!

  Had a friend of mine get her hair cut and dyed here last week and showed the lady a picture of the color which was light brownish red very light and she left with DARK BROWN /BURGANDY HAIR ..also she was just supposed to get her hair trimmed they cut off 4 inches ...it cost her over 200 dollars ...im posting this for her because she does not use the internet ..but she did complain at the salon and they did nothing ! I would definitely never go here but thought id post so others would know ..

  I had a great experience at Salon Inspire! Amber was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me decide on a plan for my hair that I hadn’t had any work on in over 2 years. She gave a lot of helpful advice on how to take care of my hair and I felt happy and confident leaving. I’d definitely recommend this salon, the environment was relaxed and professional, I’ll definitely return for my next hair cut!

  I had an excellent experience with Pamela at Inspire! I came in needing a color correction after a really poor result from another salon, and she was able to get me in quickly. Pamela took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. The level of care, attention to detail, and expertise she showed was incredible and the final result was even better than I expected. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I’m so grateful to have found her and will definitely be coming back!

  I went to Salon Inspire and I’m pretty sure they secretly run on mind-reading and magic. It’s the little details that get you. Before my appointment, I mentioned (probably with a little extra flair) that I prefer a smock over a cape because… yes, I’m a little bougie like that. I’m sure my file doesn’t actually say “high-maintenance diva,” but somehow they still got the memo. The receptionist and stylist made sure it was ready like I was royalty showing up for my throne. Respect. Then there’s the drink menu. Not just “here’s some water”—we’re talking options. When I asked about the mocktail (because I don’t drink), she hit me with, “We might be out—what’s your backup?” That’s next-level planning. That’s “we’ve been through things and we’re not going back” energy. Cate (with a C—important, don’t mess that up) was incredible. She listened, explained everything in real human language, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a cosmetology license just to understand my own hair. Warm vs. cool tones? Got it. No confusing salon dictionary required. Also… she squeezed in a blowout I didn’t even book. That shampoo alone? I almost filed paperwork to move in. If relaxation was a sport, she’d be undefeated. What I really appreciated—no product pressure. She told me what she used, why it worked, and then let me keep my wallet in peace. As someone who tracks numbers like it’s a hobby, that matters. The whole place felt welcoming, genuine, and zero judgment. She even said if I ever wanted to see someone else (there or anywhere), she just wants me to be comfortable. Who says that?? People who actually care, that’s who. Honestly, if I could give more than five stars, I would. I walked out feeling pampered, informed, and just the right amount of bougie. Pretty sure this is the start of a long-term relationship… and I don’t say that lightly about my hair.
