I have been here twice and both times, no one could help me, stock was very limited and simple questions could not be answered. The second time I was there, I was looking around for a particular brand--no one helped me. It appeared there were THREE consultants involved in what looked like "inventory." Kohl's did you really need to give up floor space for this waste of time? I will find a real Sephora store and go to a real department store. This is just maddening when I know the quality of customer service of both Sephora and Kohls.
