    Tis the Season to be Jolly.... !!! I want to take a minute to recognize 2 Beauty Consultants at Sephora-Liberty, Danielle and Shelby who were very professional and extended alot of grace and professionalism to two extremely rude customers. Christmas shopping can be a very stressful time as it is. I could not believe the behavior of the Customers who wanted a different outcome for their refund than the Policy at the Store would allow the employees to provide. They were borderline hostile to the Employees. This was definitely an example for "the NOT always right". Thank you ladies for all your help with my purchase! Merry Christmas!

    I went in to get Kat von d, makeup to cover up a tattoo and The beauty department was divine. I had exceptional help and assistance and recommend anybody going there.

    Terrible customer service. I came in 2/27 to grab some makeup before my trip. I unfortunately came in when the Sephora employee for that shift had called in so I was stuck with a kohl’s employee . That experience wasn’t so bad , however I ended up with the wrong shade & no makeup advice. I showed up today to return the product and the Sephora employee at the register was so rude.She made disrespectful assumptions as if I didn’t purchase the product there & also rude comments . I stood firm and didn’t let her rude comments or gestures discourage me. I continue to state my case and we eventually came to an agreement. However , I would have appreciated if she would have at least empathized with me & help me find a foundation that worked for me. I spent over $100 at this particular Sephora . I’m just disgusted and will never return.
