I went in there knowledgeable but a little green when it came to concealers and contours and the lady seemed pretty uninterested in helping me. Not at all mean just extremely uninterested in my questions and helping me find the right color so I won’t be going back.

He spoke down to me in a demeaning tone and embarrassed me while shopping for the new Rhode products. My boyfriend was with me and he could hear him making rude comments about me under his breath. I told the girl at the register with dark short hair that he was rude to me and she didn’t apologize for my poor experience or offer to bring the manager over to speak with me. Just very disappointed, I’ve never been so completely humiliated in a store as a customer before.

Unfortunately this is the ONLY location within a reasonable distance to me. So I just won’t be returning to Sephora at all. Store was clean and had good music just horrible vibes.

Time and time again I tend to get passed along to multiple people because I’m truly hard to match and I end up saying screw it and don’t get anything. I was put with just the most lovely woman CANDY who was thorough and just took her time with me knowing I’d never really had a great experience. I told her I was having a really rough day and little did she know I had just cried in the car before coming in and really needed some retail therapy, and something to make me feel a little prettier, but she actually turned my day around just by being so patient and kind. A foundation trip turned into a $400 purchase, not because I had to, but because I wanted to try all the things she recommended!!! So Candy If you’re reading this thank you for turning my day around!
