It makes me not want to even shop there at all. Not a pleasant experience.

- WJwon juOct 7, 20251.0I had to come to this store twice after being given the wrong products, after I stressed that I’m not close to this store and that it’s the closet store to me. I wanted to make sure I got the right things before spending a boat load of money on products that I know are probably a waste of my money, BUT ANYWAY the girls who worked there seemed absolutely annoyed even though I spent hundreds of dollars here and were so reluctant to help me choose the right shades for my skin tone and even told me that one of the foundations they sold applies cakey (the one I bought). I immediately wanted to return everything I bought. I don’t know what happened to Sephora but it’s not the same experience as it used to be, they never have ANY of the samples especially the online orders and Its a constant battle to even get anything I want/need from here anymore. It makes makeup shopping completely un enjoyable.

I bought a two faced blush and the worker couldn’t even do a fake smile. She checked me out.
