I’ve visited the Sephora in Zona Rosa a handful of times and each time, I’m approached by at least 4 employees asking if I need help, then when I tell each of them “I’m fine” they stalk me like I’m going to steal something. It makes me not want to even shop there at all. Not a pleasant experience.

Dee was absolutely amazing in helping me find makeup and skincare products specific to my needs! I am not a major makeup person, so I needed a lot of help, which she was able to provide and I'm super grateful for such a good experience!

I had to come to this store twice after being given the wrong products, after I stressed that I’m not close to this store and that it’s the closet store to me. I wanted to make sure I got the right things before spending a boat load of money on products that I know are probably a waste of my money, BUT ANYWAY the girls who worked there seemed absolutely annoyed even though I spent hundreds of dollars here and were so reluctant to help me choose the right shades for my skin tone and even told me that one of the foundations they sold applies cakey (the one I bought). I immediately wanted to return everything I bought. I don’t know what happened to Sephora but it’s not the same experience as it used to be, they never have ANY of the samples especially the online orders and Its a constant battle to even get anything I want/need from here anymore. It makes makeup shopping completely un enjoyable.

WORST SEPHORA 1. The workers are always so suspicious of you and they always eye you down and give you nasty looks when you smile at them. 2. I bought a two faced blush and the worker couldn’t even do a fake smile. She checked me out. I told her thank you and all she said was of course I do get people having bad days, but this isn’t just one specific day. This is every time I go into the Sephora and it’s honestly ridiculous. They’re so suspicious of you all the time and don’t get me started on the looks that they give you if I could give a zero stars, I would

Not that I am surprised AT ALL… Against my better judgement, I go into Sephora because they are the only place that has the new Valentino fragrance as of yet, and no one helped me. I walked in, no one greeted me. I stood in the fragrance section for 30 minutes smelling different fragrances, even after finding the two I was going to purchase. Still, no one came over to see if I needed help, although numerous associates walked past. One at the register even stated that she had nothing to do. Walked to the front and began looking at makeup to see if anyone would help me. Still, nothing as three associates stood at the front. One lady walked out, the associate said, “Thank you, have a nice day”. I walked out, crickets. I will not be spending by money at places that do not like to acknowledge black shoppers. I will be going across to Dillards to by my fragrances, where the customer service is great. What would have been an easy $400 sale, turned into a loss of conversion due to associates’ refusal to help black customers.
