  the only reason for the two stars is bc the employees are kind and i like sephora as a whole. however, this place is incredibly crowded ALL THE TIME. no matter what, i walk into this store and am dodging people to just get to a product. the store is so compact and u comfortable to be in. the prices are insane and obviously that’s how it is with all makeup and skin care, but it matters. i also waited in line for 15 minutes here once. only one person on the register with 4 other employees walking around. granted, some of them were helping others, but it was obvious the register needed some help.

  Very disappointed, they cancelled two time the beauty lesson I bought for my daughter for tomorrow. I scheduled a beauty lesson for today, they said they cancelled it this morning, received no email to let me know!

  I’ve visited the Sephora in Zona Rosa a handful of times and each time, I’m approached by at least 4 employees asking if I need help, then when I tell each of them “I’m fine” they stalk me like I’m going to steal something. It makes me not want to even shop there at all. Not a pleasant experience.

  Dee was absolutely amazing in helping me find makeup and skincare products specific to my needs! I am not a major makeup person, so I needed a lot of help, which she was able to provide and I'm super grateful for such a good experience!

  I had to come to this store twice after being given the wrong products, after I stressed that I’m not close to this store and that it’s the closet store to me. I wanted to make sure I got the right things before spending a boat load of money on products that I know are probably a waste of my money, BUT ANYWAY the girls who worked there seemed absolutely annoyed even though I spent hundreds of dollars here and were so reluctant to help me choose the right shades for my skin tone and even told me that one of the foundations they sold applies cakey (the one I bought). I immediately wanted to return everything I bought. I don’t know what happened to Sephora but it’s not the same experience as it used to be, they never have ANY of the samples especially the online orders and Its a constant battle to even get anything I want/need from here anymore. It makes makeup shopping completely un enjoyable.
