Kaitlyn also took the time to explain and reassure me, as the anxious mom. Her skill and care were evident, and my daughter reported that it didn’t hurt her as much as it did when she was first pierced (at Pandora). Hygiene was superb, and the tools ideal. I would have no hesitation going again, and I highly recommend Rowan to anyone seeking a piercing.
