- JJJustineJun 10, 20182.0I tried to stay positive about my experience, despite the long wait to be initially helped and the even longer wait to be taken back (with absolutely no phone signal in that cave of a store and no wifi). I tried to be understanding of the fact that the woman before me had very long hair. I ignored the fact that Erica was distracted by her phone, and I laughed off her apologies. I pretended I was running out of time when she complained about not getting to eat because of my appointment, and so I refused the blow dry service. I even blamed myself for the fact that I didn't notice until I got home that I didn't receive that cut I wanted. Two days later, I've just realized that she completely missed some hair at the nape of my neck. When she trimmed my undercut, she didn't do the one thing a stylist should always do with short cuts: clean up the edge of the hairline. I'm livid. It's 10:30 at night and I have to have my husband use scissors to trim the back of my neck before I have to work tomorrow. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be returning.
