- KMKim MOct 15, 20231.0Do not go here. We got my granddaughter's hair cut here. The cut was so choppy....unfortunately, I did not notice until we left. We asked for a cut and to thin it out. The stylist, Liz has no clue how to thin out or give layers. Will NEVER go back! JcPenney used to have quality hair stylists....not anymore!
