Was a little nervous at first because of something new/it's a major change for me. I was greeted immediately from a happy person behind the desk, which then took my worries away. She took my information, checked me and I had zero wait time. She asked me a few questions about my hair and mentioned if I would like my hair washed. ME...."What..I had no idea this was a service" I was very excited even though she said it is an extra 8 bucks and me thinking heck lets do it. The wash (was magical always my favorite time) cut was great and truly appreciate Tasha's (spelling??) friendly/being a pro and sharing a great conversation. Thanks again (Tasha)

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
