Lately the turnover is very high and I have not been having as good of an experience. Today my barber simply didn’t know how to make conversation. She hurried through the cut and rushed me out. There were not many people in the shop. But my experiences have been getting steadily worse each time. And I never see a familiar face anymore. I’m considering looking elsewhere.

My hair was approximately 16-18inches long and I wanted the length cut to about my armpits which I communicated right away. Wanted some simple longer layers I requested as well. Walked away with a botched cut about two inches above where I requested the length to be (hair fell slightly lower than my shoulders) and the layers were choppy, noticeable and uneven. Basically I received a choppy wolf cut which I would have never asked for. The fact that the hairdresser didn’t even ask if the length was correct before proceeding in the biggest red flag cause I would’ve walked out of the chair before attempting layers. Will not be coming back and do not recommend!

The store was so clean - I even asked if it been newly remodeled (which surprisingly it hadn't)! The cut was exactly what I requested! Huge shout out to Angel!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
