The lady who cut my hair wasn't overly friendly to begin with, and when I went to pay, using a coupon for $9.99, it showed "Not valid at this location", and the other lady there said, "Our manager won't let us take those." Once before they fouled up my online check-in, so they were going to put me at the bottom of a long line. From now on, I'll ALWAYS go to the Camelot Court location, where I get treated well.

I knew it was going to be bad when he walked up to me with clumps of hair all over his face. I was told "wow he was a challenge" over 5 times. I watched ! He was being a basic boy. Not a single other stylist has had that problem with him. I'd rather just wait at other locations.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
