She has blonde hair that looks frozzy and messy as all hell but had the audacity to tell my my hair looked like it had come out of a house fire. She told me it was crispy insulted me til I was leaving on the verge of tears. I have never had a hair stylist be so rude and awful to me. Especially considering she didn't do anything gave me the choppiest bob because she seemed to be just trying to rush through it and get to the next customer. I had 22 minutes and two customers ahead of me so she took me early and tried to do the bare minimum. I had been postponing going to a hair place to get my hair done only to be bullied until I'm sat here crying. I don't understand how someone who is being paid for a service can be so awful.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
