She had given herself some bangs at grandmas house so we came to fix them and get a trim. A woman named Robin was her stylist. The whole time she refused to talk to my daughter, ignoring anything she said or did. She struggled to keep her head facing forward (as 4 year olds do) so she continuously and aggressively kept grabbing her head and facing it forward. There were only two stylists there and the other was in the middle of another involved appointment so I could not just stop it half way through. My daughter was brought to tears by the end of it. When I told her the issues she brushed me off and continued as she had. Then at the end of it her bangs are still in her eyes. That woman should not ever cut a child’s hair.
