  I took my elderly mother in there as a walk-in. I showed the stylist a picture. As a former stylist, I understand that haircuts are not going to look exactly like the picture and also my mother‘s hair is coarse and thick and not the easiest to cut. I usually cut her hair, but I have not been feeling well so I took her to a salon. The stylist didn’t communicate with my mother at all, and she kept checking her phone, I don’t know if maybe she was looking at a picture similar to what I had showed her or what, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt on that. It took a long time and the stylish just kept cutting and cutting to the point I stood up in the waiting room looking. My mother‘s hair looked like a boys haircut. This has been 3 days, and my mother is still sad about her haircut. My mother is 78 years old and is wearing a ball cap because she’s so embarrassed. I also found it to be extremely noisy in the salon and not because they were busy, but because stylist were talking loudly to one another from across the room. We will not be back. My mom says she will never go back. And I would also suggest drug testing and a dress code for your employees. The stylist that cut my mother’s hair name start with L. At the register as she’s ringing up my mother, I asked for the senior discount she said OK but did not give us one. My mother and I went to eat and I looked at the receipt and we went back to address the lack of discount and mostly because of the principle of he situation. Just trying to get that squared away was a challenge!! That had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hair salon and again, I’m a former hairdresser.

  My husband and sons got great cuts here. They are quick and efficient. Good price point. I would definitely go back.

  They left a bald spot in my kids head they were nice but haircuts are horrible
