- AMAlicia Meyer6 days ago1.0Really disappointing haircut. I usually cut my son’s hair, but due to planning a funeral and getting ready to give birth I didn’t want the hassle of clean up today. The lady who cut his hair did a terrible job, we had to go back in just so she could cut one side burn that she just forgot to cut, the front was extremely crooked. I ended up just having to do it at home anyway. So shame on me for trying to pay for a service and make my life just a tiny bit easier today. Learned my lesson and won’t be going back to any salon.

I have thicker curly hair that requires a little more product. For how much I paid I feel like the stylist could have used a little more product and spent a little more time getting my hair straighter. Over all she was very nice, just felt a little rushed.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
