The stylist gave me some hair tips that I did not know, otherwise she was not really a conversationalist. I did actually come for a haircut and not a chat, so that is ok. When I got home and actually looked in the mirror, I found my bangs were not to my liking. I returned with my receipt and (since she had already gone off shift) another stylist worked with me. So they do guarantee the customer will be happy and I absolutely like that aspect of this organization. I would return if I was in that area.
