But against my better judgment and with a neurologist appointment for my 1.5 year old the net morning. I thought it would be easy enough to stop in and grab a brow pencil. Not only was I GIVEN the wrong product that I showed her i wanted (bc she had to look below for the correct color and probably accidentally grabbed the wrong one) Completely understandable, but what isn't, is since I thought I was being handed exactly what I wanted, I rushed out the door. I know I should have checked, that is my fault. But when I went to return it less than 24 hours later, I was meet with an extremely rude employee bc she was in fact the ones that handed me the wrong thing. Since I had to return the following morning and noticed I forgot my receipt, even though SHE MESSED UP, I was not allowed to return the item (again understandable) but not even given store credit?!!??! Geez, It was completely sealed and obviously not used, but Sephora is too focused on getting that extra 25 bucks from a cancer patient that cant work due to cost of her treatments. Do yourself a favor and walk the few stores down to go to Ulta Beauty.
