It's not fancy but it doesn't have to be to get it right. Friendly beauticians and usually walk-in and get out in 75 min. Want it faster, go online and get in queue before heading there.
- TKTeja KolliJun 17, 20252.0Review for Great Clips – Disappointing Experience with Stylist Kimberly We’ve generally had good experiences at Great Clips, but unfortunately, this visit was upsetting for both me and my daughter. The stylist, Kimberly, was not accommodating or respectful during the haircut. My daughter has long hair and politely asked if she could see what it would look like after cutting off 2 inches before deciding to go shorter. Instead of working with her request, Kimberly told her that would count as two separate haircuts and refused to cooperate. She then insisted on taking off 3 inches without giving my daughter a chance to see the result of the shorter cut first. Additionally, the face-framing layers were uneven and poorly done. My daughter left the salon in tears, which broke my heart. It’s incredibly disappointing when a simple haircut experience turns into something stressful and hurtful for a teenager. We’ve had positive experiences with other stylists at Great Clips, but based on our experience, I would not recommend seeing Kimberly. Her attitude was dismissive and lacking in empathy. We hope the management will address this kind of behavior so others don’t go through the same way.
