This place is disgusting! Dirty, dusty, samples are empty or expired, fingerprints on everything. Employees too busy talking to each other or monitor your every move.

Store staff doesn't feel welcoming at all , I purchased alot of items spent at least $300 I wanted to use my points for my free samples And like always they said "online only" but these samples you can get in-store also , it just feel very chaotic if more staff didn't stand around just starring and was helpful it would be better

It is a very good place, but we couldn't find what we were looking for. They told us to order them online.

We were at the mall on 9/13/25 when there was an active shooter lockdown. Sephora employees were amazing and kept everyone calm during the incident. Will was a great manager and I’m thankful for them.

I want to leave a review about my terrible experience twice at this specific Sephora location.
In my opinion, everything that happens in that store is the responsibility of the manager, as she is not competent in customer service or in managing the store.
The first situation happened about a month and a half ago. I came to the store, bought two items, paid for them, and after stepping away from the register, I noticed another product I wanted. I went back to the register to pay for it, and the same cashier — who, as I later found out, was actually the store manager — was there. She had already been rude during the first transaction, and then she said to me, without any greeting, “Let me check your bag” (meaning the bag with the products I had just purchased).
At first, I wasn’t sure if she meant to check if I had stolen something or just to place the next product inside — but the way she said it sounded extremely rude and unpleasant, as if I owed her something. We do not know each other, so it was unclear why she spoke to me in such a tone or with what intention. I left the store feeling very uncomfortable. I decided to come back and speak with the manager — at that time, I didn’t know it was her. When I asked a sales associate to speak to the manager and they pointed to her, I was honestly stunned.
Someone who cannot treat customers politely should not be managing a store of such a brand. At the time, I was very upset but tried to forget about it.
However, today she was there again and was once more rude to me. I don’t want to describe the exact situation here so she cannot associate my review with today’s visit, but again she responded in a very rude, condescending, and demeaning tone. She acts as if she is the “God of Sephora” at that location.
I hate to address it about a specific person, but this is not the first time — and it truly hurts me as a customer, to the point where it almost brings me to tears.
I shop at Sephora regularly and spend a significant amount of money there, so I expect a certain level of service. The regular sales associates are very friendly and welcoming — unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager.
I kindly request that the regional manager review and address this matter promptly, as no customer should feel humiliated or disrespected when shopping at Sephora.
