    Love Lush, its missions, products. Unfortunately I had a strange experience at this one. A staff member who was helping me didn't realize I was in earshot as she was talking to another associate, very clearly about me and my request. It felt judgmental, eye rolly. Really rubbed me the wrong way. It won't deter me from shopping at Lush or anything, just noting the experience, and I might just stick to online Lush. Just easier.

    Came all the way to the mall just to buy some lotion here, its 3pm on a Saturday and they are closed. It did snow today but the rest of the mall is open! We drove 20 minutes to get here so it's very disappointing

    Ariana was super helpful! She put a whole set of skincare for me and my husband. Ask for her if you stop by the west county mall location.

    Been buying from Lush since 2001, before they had stores in the United States. Love their products and variety. Visited the West County location on Labor Day weekend, excited to browse and purchase. No customers were allowed in the store at all, COVID hysteria gone awry. The employees offered to bring whatever you wanted to the table blocking the doorway, but since I wanted to look around, not helpful. I look forward to going back once this madness is over.
