- SSSaraFeb 17, 20261.0The store associate did not ask about the rewards program so I forgot & they won’t add points after the fact.. she also did not offer samples as they usually do. She sat on her laptop the entire time we were in there. Blue haired girl, unsure of her name. This was on Monday in the early afternoon. It was such a bad experience.

A staff member who was helping me didn't realize I was in earshot as she was talking to another associate, very clearly about me and my request. It felt judgmental, eye rolly. Really rubbed me the wrong way. It won't deter me from shopping at Lush or anything, just noting the experience, and I might just stick to online Lush. Just easier.

I spoke to this very kind girl - i can't remember her name, but she was a young brunette with glasses - and she was so sweet! Showed me some products that were new & similar to products which I had already told her I enjoyed and was even sweet enough to throw me in a freebie because of the previous item not working out :-') it was a very cute experience that i will remember <3
