I brought in my client, who is disabled, and she had already been waiting when the staff looked at both of us and casually announced they were “going to lunch.” There was no apology, no accommodation, and a noticeable lack of consideration for her time. Throughout the encounter, we were met with uncomfortable, "weird" looks from the staff that made us feel unwelcome. We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, yet they took much longer than that with zero communication or updates. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. For many disabled clients, attending an appointment requires significant planning and support; to be treated as an inconvenience is unacceptable. Basic courtesy should be expected from any business, but especially one providing personal services. I would not recommend this establishment based on the way we were treated today.

Asked for light trim, the hairstylist decided to buzz my hair (basically). I have already been made fun of for my hair by multiple passing by civilians. I am very upset with the outcome of the hair cut and will no longer be a returning customer.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
