She was so professional and sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. She took her time and kept checking in with me to make sure I liked my hair as she was cutting it. Any time i am back in town I will be requesting her!!

When niecy started the shampoo, the water was scaling hot! 🥵 I let her know, she said yes, I know. Then, her fake finger ails 💅she scratched up painfully on my scalp! It 🤕. Niecy said she had just got her nails done ✅ and yes they were sharp! Then with the CONDITIONER rinse THE WATER 💦 WAS ICE COLD! She cut 7" off of my hair when I only agreed to 4" to be cutoff! She barely dried my hair and I was required to ask her 2 other times to dry my wet hair more! She would not show me the back of my hair! I truly believe she just wanted to destroy my long blonde hair! I had to bite my tongue 👅 to even give her a $2.00 tip as her service wasn't worth the tip!! But, it's my policy to give a tip! Niecy said, she has 12 years experience but it certainly didn't show as she didn't listen to what I said about only 4"!! With the shampoo and conditioner rinses, I received a face bath 🚿 🧽 in my eyes and ears full of water 💦 I will not go back to her or that shop on grindstone!!!! The floor was filthy in the store. HAIR FROM PREVIOUS HAIR CUTS all around every stylist chair from many previous haircuts! They should clean up in between each customer!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
