I’m very happy with our experience at Restore Hyper Wellness. Everyone is welcoming and made us feel comfortable, happy, and satisfied. Ms. Shannon, the manager, is very friendly and very accommodating. We’re looking forward to trying more IV drips and other services. We’re really glad we gave it a try and will definitely be recommending it to some of our friends.

Very clean facility and great staff. All around great experience for my first IV drip (which I hate needles but this was a breeze)

I’ve received the absolute best care at Restore Hyper Wellness! I’ve tried several of their services—including compression therapy, red light therapy, and cryotherapy—and each one has been so helpful and rejuvenating. I also had the chance to experience their hyperbaric chamber, which was such a cool experience… I literally slept like a baby during the entire session. The entire team here is amazing, but their manager, Nikki is just the best! She’s always so welcoming, informative, and makes every visit enjoyable.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past two years and have spent thousands of dollars on services here, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Each time I come in, there seems to be a new nurse. During my last visit, I had to reschedule because the assigned nurse was still in training — I didn’t feel comfortable letting her work on my tiny veins. I’ve also had multiple occasions where nurses struggled to find a vein and poked several times without success. In those cases, I was always offered complimentary red-light therapy beforehand to help. However, during my most recent visit on October 28 around 11:00 AM, I was charged for the red-light therapy — which I didn’t mind — but what truly upset me was the unprofessional behavior at the front desk. A middle-aged lady banged loudly on the door and yelled for me to come out because another client was waiting. That is completely unacceptable for a high-end wellness spa. It was rude, embarrassing, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though I was only 5–10 minutes behind, I still walked out quickly and apologized after she yelled — but the situation left a very negative impression. As someone who also owns a spa, I understand the importance of professionalism and how critical staff training is in customer care. My team would never be trained to treat clients in this way. The younger front desk girl also seemed untrained — she didn’t smile or greet customers and appeared unsure of what to do. On the other hand, the esthetician who performs facials is always warm and professional, and the male nurse who provided my IV service this time was excellent — quick, skilled, and courteous. This spa has great potential, but the front desk staff urgently need training in manners and professionalism. Management should review the security footage around 11:00 AM on 10/28 to see what happened. At a high-end spa, this level of behavior is simply unacceptable. Update ro reply to the manager's respond: I’m simply sharing my honest feedback about what happened during my visit. Yes, I was about 5–10 minutes late — my appointment was at 10:15 AM and I arrived at 10:20 AM — and I fully acknowledge that was my fault. However, being a few minutes late does not justify the way I was treated. If a client is running slightly behind, there are many ways to handle it professionally — for example, politely asking if the appointment needs to be rescheduled. The spa was not busy at that time (there were only about three clients in total), so there was no reason for the front desk staff to bang loudly and yell at the door. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a wellness environment where clients expect relaxation and respect. As a spa owner myself, I fully understand the importance of time management, but also the importance of customer service and professionalism. My team serves over 30 clients at a time, and we never treat anyone with impatience or disrespect — no matter how busy we are. I have spent thousands of dollars on your services over the years, and I do not believe I deserved to be treated this way. Your response focused on my lateness rather than acknowledging the inappropriate behavior I experienced. There was no apology, only justification. I truly hope management will take this feedback seriously, train your staff to handle situations more gracefully, and uphold the standard of service that your spa represents. I will also be sharing this experience with my community so others are aware of what happened.
