I brought my daughter and friend her for her 13th bday to have their makeup done. Walked in the door and was immediately bombarded with a lady telling me what's on sale, no "hi, how are you" no "welcome to Sephora" just this is what's on sale, while telling us this, she said "pacificlly" this item blahhhh, REALLY! PACIFICLLY!??? I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure it's pronounced "specifically"! Then I asked about a free bday gift, she told me what to choose from and since we where early to our appt she said/told us to just go to Starbucks. Well the reason we came early was because I knew my daughter would want to look around since this was her first time at an actual Sephora store! When she gave me the free bday gift she didn't offer a bag, so that made me uncomfortable walking around the store amd eventually having to just put it in my purse which made me feel uncomfortable doing that. So the time came for my daughter and friend to get their makeup done, that lady was very nice, they both loved her. Honestly for this being my first time and my daughter's first time being there I will say I was slightly disappointed because of the first lady who "greeted" us at the beginning. Everyone else seemed so kind and helpful but this lady set the mood for the day there and I absolutely did not like at all...

Courtney was PHENOMENAL. I am usually a shopper who prefers to figure things out on her own. While I was looking for blushes she walked up to me kindly and said, "these cream power blushes are so pigmented and it will last you a long time" her simple, this is great, led me to make an $150 purchase. I NEVER spend money on myself, but she made me realize, I deserve it. Thanks Courtney, will definitely be back. ❤️

I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Maria! From the moment we started talking, she was incredibly personable and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions about my skin and makeup concerns. Her knowledge really stood out—she took the time to listen, explained things clearly, and gave thoughtful recommendations that actually made sense for me, not just what was popular.
What impressed me most was how she truly went above and beyond, making sure I felt confident in the products I chose and never rushed the process. It felt genuine and personal, not salesy at all. This kind of service is rare, and it made my visit genuinely enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to work with her again!

Absolutely horrible customer service, well the lady that helped me grab the item I wanted was such a beautiful soul, she was an elder white lady that helped grab what I was looking for, I wish I grabbed her name to give her credit, but I grabbed my stuff and headed to check out, the line was long and I was in a rush, they opned up 2 registers and I was called next, I had an exchange and purchase, an African American lady calls me and says “are u paying cash or card” she didn’t even start by saying “hiii” or any of that she just looked at me already seemed annoyed from me, her name was Samantha, I told her “I don’t care either or I am in an urgent rush”, she took me to the register and as she’s ringing out my items she gets apparently confused and isn’t able to take my payment (I had credit on me just like she wanted) Samantha calls somone over for “help” because she’s “confused” and kept me waiting, the other lady was also African lady with short hair, she was even worse, they both were trying to figure out how I should pay the remaining balance, she was telling me I need to follow her to the back, as I am following her all the people that were behind me in the line had checked out and left, as I followed her to the back she kept picking up those little registers and kept saying “oh that’s not mine” like absolutely wasting my time when I clearly said I am in an urgent rush, Samantha and her little co worker were trying to re ring me up, as I tapped my card she goes “it declined”, like this has never happened to me and I know they were both keeping me behind because of my head scarf I was wearing, absolutely racist, NONE OF THEM apologized to me, or even said apologized about keeping me late, Samantha had left because she couldn’t work her system and her little co worker smirked as she gave me my bag, I snatched it and I left, they both do not to be working during holidays if they have attitudes and racism towards others, this is a happy season and I felt like I wouldn’t shop here ever again.
