I came in with clear instructions and even showed a reference photo, but the cut I received was rushed and she cut off almost all my hair like I asked her to shave off my entire head. She didn’t seem to listen carefully to what I asked for and made very little effort to double-check or clarify before starting. The experience felt impersonal and a bit careless. she was distracted and didn’t take the time to make sure I was happy with the result. I walked out feeling frustrated and honestly a bit embarrassed by the haircut. I won't be booking with Sebra again and hope the location takes more care with customer service and stylist training.

I miss the other stylists that were there for years and knew what they were doing. Seems like here every week there are different ones. Honestly after this time I am not coming back!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
