Before I sat down, the chair was still covered in hair from the previous client. In any reputable shop, sanitizing the chair and workstation between appointments is a non-negotiable standard for public health. When I politely asked the stylist to wipe the seat before starting, they not only refused to clean the station but became hostile and denied me service entirely. This is a blatant violation of basic barber sanitation rules, which require all equipment and contents to be kept clean to prevent the spread of infections. The lack of professionalism here is staggering. A stylist who refuses to maintain a sanitary workspace is a liability, and their "service" is a health risk. Save your money and go somewhere that actually follows proper hygiene protocols.

Made boys’ cuts uneven asymmetric spikes. The past 18 months multiple transitions and no accountability or family feel any more. Now they rotate new bad stylists in and out but not a quality product.
