  I went in to inquire about products I had viewed online. Madison helped me on my visit on 09/29/25 and she was amazing. She was very patient in helping me find all the products I was looking for, along with others I found. She is such an asset to your business and made my shopping experience memorable and fun. I loved her energy and smile.

  Worst experience ever I have been going the past few years and last time I went a stuck up worker followed me around the whole time like I was going to steal or something I would never!! When she finally helped me she was naming prices of things with this attitude like I couldn’t afford it. The people up front as I was looking at the perfumes were being judgy I felt like it’s because I was not dressed the best that day I work nights!! But when I was up there looking for a scent I like they were talking loudly about how people steal the sample bottle and with the security system it’s not anymore. A new crew is needed!! I purposely bought extra stuff just to show I can. Definitely won’t go back to that location

  I went in to find a shade in estee lauder. The lady barely put anything on my face to tell anything. Then they were all talking very unprofessional at the desk. Didn't offer anymore help. Probably judging me by what I was wearing. I had planned to spend over 500.00 in there and left because it was absolutely ridiculous the way they acted and I still don't know which estee lauder foundation I need. U can use one drop of foundation of any kind and tell anything. If they were my employees I would've fired them all for standing up there talking unprofessional and barely helped me at all. Not getting any money from me at this location.

  Stop here on multiple occasions and Britt is always awesome! She’s very confident about the Sephora line and has given excellent advice when asking about the products! Thanks Britt for being so customer service driven and always providing friendly and exceptional service! Also thanks to Marce who helped me with the different mascara products and find me one that works and showed a brand, she thought would work! Sephora)! Awesome service in cape giraud Sephora always!

  Wish the score carried more products. Out of most things and despite multiple trips they don’t seem to get restocked
