Though she rarely gets things wrong, if you go back in a couple hours later because you weren't 100% satisfies, she will fix you right up. I've never had to do this because she has never done me wrong, but I had a friend I refered who did this after his first time and he has been coming back since. I would trust Charlotte with hair for any special occasion, including weddings. She is just a very personable gal with almost half a century of experience.
