  The wife got a haircut and she cut it just the way the wife wanted and it looks fabulous and it was very good interaction between the hairdresser and the wife

  Easily my favorite place to get a haircut. She always takes the time to figure out exactly what you want. Though she rarely gets things wrong, if you go back in a couple hours later because you weren't 100% satisfies, she will fix you right up. I've never had to do this because she has never done me wrong, but I had a friend I refered who did this after his first time and he has been coming back since. I would trust Charlotte with hair for any special occasion, including weddings. She is just a very personable gal with almost half a century of experience.
