  The man who runs the store is so wonderful!! Best customer service!! I’ve been going there a few times a year for at least 7 years. Great for getting high end makeup and skin care. They always have deals and specials. Quality items and drugstore prices

  The store was fine, but the associate was extremely rude. First she told me to take the eye pencil I wanted off the shelf. I mentioned that the other (much nicer) associate told me to ask for it at the register. She didn't say a word but turned around and started digging in a drawer. She then said if the tester was out, they obviously had it in stock. Well, they didn't. I told her I called but she reminded me that they were a discount store and ran out ... I should have put it on hold. By then, my sister in law had walked in to shop as well. The associate called out to me that they had the color I was looking for in other brands. I kindly told her that I was only interested in that brand. She VERY RUDELY yelled, *Well, we're out!" Yes, I was very aware as she had said that several times and blamed me for not putting it on hold. But as I was walking out, the snarky associate started talking about me to another customer!! They were both snickering as I put down everything else I was going to buy and walked out. My sister in law left empty handed, as well, due to the associate's attitude. Even a very nice young couple asked us what her problem was, after we left the store. Maybe she should not work in retail?? I am sorry that it was the only pencil I wanted, but she lost a lot more than an eye pencil sale!! I used to work for Tom Ford Beauty, and I have no doubt they would have been mortified at her behavior.

  The day I went into the store to shop all the makeup was 50% off and everything else was (perfumes and facial cleansers) was 30% off... Loved it!
