- CKCameron KleistFeb 27, 20261.0Worst haircut ive ever received.. luckily another business is getting me in right away to fix it. My fade is just 2 completely different lengths of hair. The cowlick i warned them about somehow looks worse. My beard trim consisted of shaving my beard all the way down and leaving my mustache the original length. I dont even wanna be in public. Also dont remember asking to have nasty product rubbed in whats left of my beard and hair. I didn't truly notice how bad it was until I got in the car. Ill be calling for money back, no way im attempting to let them fix it

I asked to have layers in my hair and she just took off my split ends. My brother went in there for a haircut. He came in there and immediately got welcomed by an Asian man that yelled and cursed at him.my brother did nothing to deserve that kind of behavior. If you want your hair to look horrible and be treated badly then this is the salon for you

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
