I’m very picky, I like a medium-firm amount of pressure and every time I’ve seen Kelin, I’m blown away by her massages. I actually fall asleep and come out with a better mood, EVERY TIME!! For Valentine’s Day, I gifted my husband a massage with Kelin and chose Olivia as my masseuse. I’m just as blown away by Olivia’s pressure and touch as Kelin’s so I’ve found two super stars here!! My husband fell asleep during his massage (he never falls asleep at other places) so I know the masseuses are masters at their craft. Give them a shot. Olivia and Kelin are my go-to gals!!

Apparently even though you’ve scheduled an appointment for one of their spa services you’ll need to check in multiple times or they will hunt you down and speak to you at a volume that would be more appropriate for a rock concert vs a spa waiting room other patrons. A bit of customer service and self awareness goes a long way.

We had food catered in from Brickhouse to the event space, which was super convenient, and the event space was so nice to hang out in with the girls while we waited to get our various services done. There were 8 of us in total getting hair & makeup done and Missy the event coordinator was super helpful in scheduling all the services with different providers while keeping us on time. Haley did my makeup, as well as my maid of honors' and it was perfect! I had booked a makeup trial in advance and she took my feedback / makeup vision and expanded upon it, while making sure it lasted the whole night (photos for proof!). Annie did my maid of honors hair and I loved how it looked. A few of the girls saw Nia & Ellie for makeup, with Amanda and Samantha for hair. All of them did great jobs and our hair & makeup looked perfect all night!
