I did went to asked for a refund and the manager was really rude and continued asking how can get help. It took my son 6 to 8 months to grow his hair in order to get the hair cut the way he wanted and end up with the style they the stylist picked for him. Please don’t go this location.

I know that by law they have to provide a restroom for customers. Thus to refuse use of a bathroom to customers is against the law. This law was instated for the benefit of people with issues of ibs, etc. in mind, but is not predatory to or exclusionary of the customer in general. This law has been on the books for years providing for all customers of all businesses. This is the law, no one should be ill informed, or bullied out of their rights.
