- MJMichael JNov 1, 20251.0Went to get my haircut this morning, Rachel asked me how I wanted my haircut, I I said it should be in the notes how I like it cut. Halfway through the haircut I felt like it wasn’t getting cut the way I wanted it to be cut so I asked her to stop. And wanted to talk to her about how I wanted it. I even tried to bring up a picture of what I was looking for. She seemed to get irritated with me, and said she knew what I was talking about and was already cutting it the way I wanted it. As she continued, I realize that I was not in fact getting what I wanted. I was getting the haircut that she wanted to give me. When she asked if it was OK, I said no, it wasn’t the cut I wanted. She said she could fix it, and I told her that I didn’t think that was a good idea, and I just wanted her to stop. I didn’t think she was communicating with me properly, and I didn’t want any more hair cut off. I then stated that I would probably just come back when the person who cut it the last few times was working and have her fix it. At this point, she got irate with me and started yelling at me. And saying that I was not communicating with her. And it was my fault. And then I was told I was not welcome back in the store. I paid my bill and left.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
